5 stars service. Karson is a very nice person and good advisor. He is a very helpful person. He helped me find a good package for my car insurance. The monthly premiums for my car insurance were lower, but the coverage was much better. Highly recommend.

Karson helped me renew my home and auto policies in a bundle that expanded my coverage without increasing my rates. He gave me honest recommendations based on my needs, was very responsive over email, and had a streamlined system for signing and payment. I would 100% recommend to anyone in California or Oregon!

Kwan Insurance removed stress out of sorting through insurance quotes after an out-of-state move. They compared quotes and even checked with my existing out-of-state insurer if they could transfer my policy. Karson was responsive, friendly, and advocated for my best interest by letting me know additional ways to bundle and save money. I strongly recommend Kwan for your insurance needs.

It's hard to get a new homeowners insurance policy in California now as all big insurance companies have stopped giving new policies, considering California is at high risk of wildfires. Karson was amazing to get me an affordable homeowners insurance policy within the same day.
