My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and we worked with Karson for our homeowners insurance. I wasn’t familiar with townhome insurance options at all, and Karson took the time to sit on the phone with me and walk through every line of the policy, making sure I fully understood what we were getting and he knew the answers to all of my questions. He was patient, thorough, and focused on finding us the best coverage at the best price. Not only is Karson extremely knowledgeable, but he was also very honest throughout the entire process. He never tried to oversell us or push anything we didn’t need, he provided us with a straightforward, trustworthy guidance. I highly recommend Karson for any and all your insurance needs.

I was searching for condo insurance, which has been extremely difficult, as I live in a wild fire hazard zone. Other brokers weren’t able to provide acceptable options. Many insurance companies are steering away from providing that type of coverage. Karson Kwan, the Vice President, was able to secure a policy with Travelers. A HUGE relief that I didn’t have to resort to the California Fair Plan. Karson was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. His understanding and kind manner relieved the anxiety of a very uncertain situation. Karson came through with flying colors! I definitely recommend Kwan Insurance to anyone with insurance needs.
