I went with kwan insurance because they have a brick and mortar place. So tired of not dealing with customer service on a 800 number from who knows where. They are the old fashion way face to face

With the constant changes with insurance in California, between price hikes, coverage drops, etc... I had to look for a new carrier after being on the same carrier for 6 years. Reached out to Kwan Insurance Services and worked with Karson. Karson listened to my needs, provided me with options and was competitive with pricing. He explained the policies options with easy to understand details. What I liked the most was the human interaction with Karson and team. Everything else these days with other carriers, it's black and white and strictly online and with sky high premiums. In the end, I'm covered with a new carrier, good pricing and coverage and left feeling good that I had made a good decision on going with Kwan Insurance Services to get my insurance needs. Thanks Karson!

Karson was very responsive on replying with a homeowners insurance quote. I requested some adjustments and he was able to make the changes very quickly. The premium was the best and the service was great so I decided to go with them.

We needed new home insurance after our previous insurer issued a notice of non-renewal (a lot of providers are pulling out of California right now due to wildfire risk). Karson managed to find us a policy without CA FAIR fallback, was very responsive throughout the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The process was fast (just a few days turnaround time) and easy. We're looking forward to having a local insurance agent we can rely on when we have concerns rather than having to navigate the insurance bureaucracy ourselves.
